Description
Manage and run your own lovely Tavern Complex in Bulgaria. Superb property for sale and unique business opportunity with very small investment.
This lovely property is located in the village of Krivnya in the Provadia municipality of Varna. The property is made up of 4 buildings that were previously a restaurant, bar and museum called 'Roni's', welcoming many tourists throughout the year. It has now been renovated into a main house, a kitchen with outside bar and a small chapel. The fourth building was once the toilet block and has been totally cleared out but not yet renovated.
The whole building has a built up area of 120 sq m and is made of stone and wood in accordance with the period it represents. The main house is furnished and comprises two rooms, including a lounge with a wood burning stove for central heating and a beamed ceiling. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom also with beamed ceilings. There is a separate 40 sq m large outside kitchen and bar with barbecue and seating area and a beautiful chapel. Both the house and kitchen have been wired to UK standards. The overall land area is 2,950 sq m.
The house has views of the neighbour's properties and the surrounding countryside. Just down the lane are expansive fields and the area is free of pollution and noise. The village of Krivnya is well developed with a few shops, a church, restaurant, kindergarten, primary school and natural spring. 5 km from the village is a dam lake perfect for fishing. The Black Sea coast is a 60 km drive and there are many beach resorts that are popular and a must to visit.
Provadia is the municipality centre and is only 5 km away. It has great shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and is steeped in history dating back to the 5th century BC. Today it is a much developed town although there is still evidence of the ancient remains. Varna is 55 km away and attracts thousands of tourists each year. It is a cosmopolitan city with a number of architectural and historical sites.
