THE VILLA
Built in 2009, the villa has everything that you are used to at home, plus a whole lot more, it is light airy, has all new modern fixtures and fittings.
The ground floor is open plan with lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave oven, hob, kettle, toaster. There is a full complement of cooking utensils plus all the crockery and cutlery you need. The living area has a corner sofa plus pouffe and side tables ,and can seat six or seven people. There are two doors at the front of the villa leading out onto the verandah and floor to ceiling windows which capture the panoramic views, once out on the verandah this runs the whole length of the property then onto the decking with a swimming pool and decking. The front door entrance leads to the hallway were there is a wet room (bathroom) with toilet, hand basin and shower, further along the hallway is a utility room with washing machine. There is a double-bedded sofa bedroom on the ground floor with door onto the verandah. Upstairs can be found another twin-bedded room and one double room both have access to a balcony with stunning views across open countryside and fields surrounded by the mountains. A second bathroom on this level has bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.
THE GROUNDS
The garden is 580 square metres and laid to gravel with plants, steps lead up to the verandah and decking with swimming pool. The garden has fruit trees and planted borders, once entering the property through the double gates you have a driveway for several cars and outside storeroom. The property also has a barbecue area. The property has security shutters to all windows to keep cool in summer and fly screens on all doors and windows. All windows are fitted with vertical blinds. A monitored alarm system day and night.
