Like I have mentioned already, your new home comes fully furnished with brand new furniture and freshly painted walls. The fridge is brand new and the stove/oven and washing machine are 1 year old. The home has a newer AC unit/heater and also a wood burning fireplace with central heating system in all rooms. The wood shed out back is already stocked with 10 cubes of cut wood ready for Winter. Also out back there is a workshop with hydro! The backyard is big and fully fenced in if you have pets. The property actually extends 15 m past the fence and backs onto untouched natural forest! The yard is ready to plant a garden and fruit trees!
The main home is a bungalow with a shoe/mud room, 2 bedrooms, an office (or 3rd bedroom), large bright kitchen, cozy living room and a completely newly renovated bathroom.
