The complex is situated 700m. away from the northern entrance of “Sunny Beach” resort, which is 250m. away from the sea line, i.e. the complex is closer to the beach than the buildings located in the center of the resort itself. “Sunny Paradise” complex comprises of 92 apartments from 41m2 to 130m2 with optimal disposition. The construction and the interior are of the highest quality. The apartments are sold fully finished – at “turnkey” stage. Furniture packs at fixed prices will be offered to our clients on their request. The list of facilities include: swimming pool, restaurant, pool-bar, reception, safety deposit box, elevator, parking area, 24 hour security.
How to buy:
Step 1: After you select an apartment, we can reserve the property of your choice for 3 weeks by transferring a deposit of 1000 Euro. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your first payment due.
Step 2: After the property is reserved, we e-mail you a preliminary contract for sale. You have 21 days to review the contract and within this period we will answer any questions that you might still have. You sign two copies of the preliminary contract and mail these over to us. As per the preliminary contract the first payment of 30% of the purchase price is transferred to our bank account. We will mail you back a signed copy of the preliminary contract as soon as we receive the document from you. The exchange of the preliminary contracts could be done via fax, if this is the client’s preference.
Step 3: The remaining payments 2 and 3 as per the preliminary contract are transferred to our account by the due dates specified in the agreement.
Step 4: As the ownership is transferred, you receive the Notary Deed, the document entitling you as the owner of the apartment. Usually, the Notary Deed is signed and picked up at the local Municipality. Although we recommend our clients to come and inspect the property for themselves, the deal could be completed by Power of Attorney without the necessity of your presence.
Apartment complex “Sunny Paradise” is 4-5km. away from the ancient town of Nessebar – a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is situated on a small picturesque peninsula and is surrounded by a fortress wall. Nessebar’s striking character is evident from almost every angle: the narrow cobble-stone streets, paved squares, the medieval churches with well preserved mural- and icon-paintings, the timbered houses dating from the 19th century, flower gardens, the cafes and restaurants with view to the sea, the port or to the “Sunny Beach”.
