Description
The property consists of two identical buildings, each with 15 apartments and is situated on the top of a peninsula (former vineyard). The peninsula borders to the north with the south-beach of Sozopol and to the south with the beautiful sandy beach "Smokinia" (fig). The buildings are facing southeast. They lie 250m from the sea coast on about 50m altitude (see arrow on the picture). The distance to the next sandy beach Smokinia is 800m. To the south there is a wonderfull view to the mountain landscape with a bordering preserve area as well as to the sea and beach. To the east and north there is an all-around sea view. The Old Town of Sozopol, only a few hundred meters away, invites to a picturesque walk.
