Description
We present to you the newly planned Residential Development "TITI". It is situated in the skirts of Stara Planina /Balkan Mountains/, 2,5 km from the historic town of Tryavna, on a total area of 10 800 sq. m.
The houses are situated on a magnificent sunny meadow from which you can enjoy the wonderful view to Stara Planina and the Buzludzha and Shipka peaks. The location is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by a forested area. Here you can feel nicely cool during summer and inhale the pure mountain air.
The development is situated in the Mogilkite area, which is along the way to Chernovrah village, the direction of Kereni village.
This is an enclosed type of development. It consists of 19 one-family one-storey houses with massive wooden roof structures in the typical Tryavna style. All houses have southern exposure. The development brings together all necessary conditions - sidewalks, streets, green areas. It has vertical planning, fence, park lighting and round-the-clock security.
The houses are planned with own independent switchgear kiosk, own water supply source, waste-water purification plant with capacity for 100 people, test-pit, external water duct.

The Residential Development is situated on a total area of 10 800 sq. m. The built-up area will be
2 077 sq. m thereof, including residential part, garages and built-up area for service buildings.
To make the Residential Development pleasant and cozy, about 5 530 sq. m are planned to be green spaces. The entire Residential Development will be surrounded by a fence and round-the-clock security will be provided. Streets and sidewalks will be built, and also park lighting will be installed.
Own, independent switchgear kiosk, own water supply, test-pit, waste-water purification plant with capacity for 100 people, external water duct, vertical planning, external electric power supply, and parking spaces both for the owners and their guests are envisioned.
The Residential Development will include 19 independently standing one-storey houses with massive wooden roof structure designed in the Tryavna style and with southern exposure. There will be a yard space to each house and a garage.
Five different types of houses will be built with different arrangements and built-up area varying from 100 sq. m to 119 sq. m; with yard area pertaining to each house of from 340 sq. m to 570 sq. m.
