The complex consists of tree wings. In the first wing and partly in the second wing there is a lobby/ reception /not a common service for most of the residential buildings/ which simplifies the rental process. In the lobby there is our modern chill out bar/restaurant with outside free spaces offering cozy and elegant atmosphere – a quite place for a talk, to meet friends for a drink, or just watch a foot ball game.
