The apartment is on the second floor and has stair and lift access to all floors. It occupies an area of 100 square metres and consists of an inner hallway and bathroom a large lounge and includes the kitchen and dining area which has a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is completely fitted out with sink, 2-ring electric hob, full oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, etc. and everything else you'd need.
There are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and wash-basin. The second bedroom is the same size, has twin beds and is next door to the main bathroom which also has shower, toilet and wash-basin. Both bedrooms have plenty of clothes storage.

The apartment is one of 64 apartments in the small complex that is called the Residence Chateau Nessebar. RCN is situated on a gentle slope on the outskirts of the village of Sveti (Saint) Vlas on the Black Sea coast, about a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. The name of the village is often shortened when written to St Vlas and when spoken mostly just to Vlas.
St Vlas is a small coastal village of approximately 3000 inhabitants and is situated just 5 kilometres north of Sunny Beach, 9 kilometres from Nessebar and about 35 kilometres from Bourgas airport which is about a 30 minute journey by car.
The apartment is second line from the sea and about 100 metres from the beach and yachting Marina. The Marina has a hotel, a couple of restaurants, a cafe/bar and a number of shops. Many of the other complexes nearby have good value restaurants and there is a small 24-hour supermarket in the Riviera complex just in front of RCN. All of the facilities you'll need close by if you just wanted to remain local during your holiday.
