Topola Skies is a private ecological holiday complex located in one of the most beautiful places along the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast on the upper part of the plateau in the vicinity of the village of Topola. It is situated in close proximity to the sea and offers an impressive view over Thracian Cliffs, the biggest golf course currently under construction in the area, which was designed by renowned Golf Professional Garry Player.
 
The overall design and architecture of the resort shows great consideration for the surrounding areas. Therefore, the construction of Topola Skies is based on the combination of eco materials – wood, stone, and rough plaster.
 
Topola Skies offers a total of 204 two-room, three-room and VIP apartments, situated within four buildings over a total area of 26,000 sq.m. The building offering VIP apartments will be built directly into the rock face on the slope overlooking the sea.
 
Each apartment in the resort will be luxuriously finished with a kitchen, bathroom, plastered walls and insulation. The apartments will have cable TV, Internet and telephone points. Several types of furnishing options will also be available to suit the clients' needs. The common areas in the resort include a business centre, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground for children, mini football pitch, restaurants and shops, a modern Spa & Beauty centre, a parking lot and twenty-four-hour security. Apartment maintenance and management will also be available.

Topola Skies is located 54 km north of Varna and 50 minutes away from Varna International Airport. The resort is located on the upper part of the plateau in the vicinity of the village of Topola, between the old sea towns of Kavarna and Balchik. Over the years this part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast has preserved its authenticity and natural loveliness. The favourable weather conditions (summer temperatures 25-30°C and sea water temperature 25°C from May until October), the natural mineral water springs, the fascinating views over the waters of the Black Sea, the crystal-clear air and untrodden nature are only part of what attracts more and more investments and international interest in the region. Over the last few years, the region has become even more popular as a golf tourism centre in Bulgaria.
