The resort complex is located in the eastern part of “Stara Planina” (“Old Mountain”), close to the Black Sea coast. The resort is 10 km away from the municipal center Nessebar, which is right next to the biggest Bulgarian resort, “Sunny Beach”, which offers countless possibilities for entertainment, shopping or relaxation. It’s located only five minutes away from the “St. Vlas” marina and 38 km from the Burgas International Airport.
The rare combination of mountains and sea creates an exceptionally favorable climate. The area is unaffected by the northern winds, which is why mists are very unusual, and the number of cold days during the winter season is only 26. An important characteristic of the climate is the number of sunny days, which is about 240-260 yearly. Warm weather and fresh breezes are typical during the summer and the beginning of autumn.
