Описание
Chernomorets is a huge village of town-like type on the Southern Black Sea coast at 25 km from Burgas, 35 km from Burgas International Airport and at 9 km from Sozopol. It is situated in one of the most quite coves on the Southern Black Sea coastline.
Amazing panorama, whimsical cliffs and sand beaches are only part of the landmarks of the settlement.
Description
The residential building is located on the verge of the sand beach itself. All rooms enjoy a magnificent view to the sea and panorama to the entire Burgas Bay from Sunny Beach to Sozopol.
About the complex

At 100% advance payment there will be discount of 3% of the price
Purchase schedule:
Payment of purchased sites shall be performed in the following stages:
2,000 Euro reservation fee
30% upon signing the preliminary contract
30% upon completion of the shell construction
30% upon completion of finishing works
10% upon issuance of certificate of occupancy
