The housing estate is situated on the beach in the ancient city and a major seaside resort on the Black Sea coast, Nessebar. Nessebar is a heritage town preserved by UNESCU founded more than three millennia ago. 

The area of the apartment hotel is 3473 m² .It is beautifully situated on a charming bay. The nearby sandy beach offers a relaxing atmosphere and opportunity for seclusion.
 
The resort complex  consists of two buildings. The main one has 90 apartments, varying from 45m² to 123m²  in area, all of which are luxuriously furnished and air- conditioned to satisfy the needs of our residents, we have a parking lot with 38 parking places. In that part of the complex there are also a swimming pool, a water bar and a restaurant with a big terrace, looking onto the magnificent lagoon.

The second part of the apartment hotel consists of 30 rooms, a washing room, a fitness centre, a play room and different storerooms for the needs of our residents.

The complex offers a year-round service, including administration, maintenance, a security guard.
