Silver Beach Residence, Byala C-45

The residential building is situated 150m from the town and only 50m from beach. According to the plan, building contains four floors with apartments, elevator and top-floor with usable terrace.
Plastic design offers glazed ground floor, breaking and releasing the balconies in height, maximum fretwork of the parapets . The ortogonal building’s shape is broken-up by the two oval bodies.
In an interior decision of the building, common spaces and apartments include luxury materials and modern forms, making a sense of unique and cosy of whole building.
One and two-room apartments are distributed in each floor with different areas, between 40 and 103sq.m and there are possibilities for changing, acording with preferences of the client.
