LOCATION:
Budjaka Beach Holiday Complex is a great investment and the apartments can be used as well as holiday apartment and as second home. The complex is located on the first sea line, just 50m away from the beach. The region is popular with its great possibilities for windsurfing and fishing. Devote yourself to the exciting atmosphere of Sozopol. The complex consists of 23 apartments, each with livable area between 45 and 85 sq.m. All the apartments offer incredible sea view.
INTERIOR:
Brick wails, covered by drywalls filled and painted in nice bright colours. The ceilings are drywalls painted with Kaparol paint. All the rooms, corridors and kitchens of the apartments have granite tiling. Bathrooms have faience tiling wilh a freeze on the walls and granite floors. Entrance and interior doors are MDF in light oak colour. All bathrooms are equipped with mono-blocks, shower cubicles and half-boot sinks. Each appartment is air-conditioned. The electrical circuit is made to point and include complete cabling with mounted switches, sockets, electrical panels with MG fenders; Internet, TV and telephone sockets. All apartments are intercom equipped.
EXTERIOR:
The facades and exterior walls are isolated with 50mm isolation material, covered by mineral silicate Kaparok coating. The windows are PVC Shucco Golden Oak with K window-glasses contributing to the good isolation of the apartments. Large asphalt-paved parking with a parking space for each apartment. Inside the estate there is a cosy garden; sidewalks and alleys are paved with sea stones.
THE APARTMENTS’ AREAS:
Each apartment consists of a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. Fully equipped bathroom and toilet. Air-conditioned bedroom with a beautiful view to the near Bujaka beach (just 50m away). Each apartment has a separate terrace with chrome-nickel railings and granite tiling. With its beautiful view the terrace is a romantic place to spend hot summer nights.
The building is already built up and ready for great vacations.

Payment plans:
1. minimum 30% initial installment and Preliminary contract
2. within 3 months:
- either 70% - at stages upon agreement with the client and Notary transfer of the ownership;
- or 20% - and deferment of the rest 50% up to 1 year with 10% annual interest.
