Sea Fort Club is the fifth complex of FORT NOKS GRAND RESORT. Being an Owner in this resort gives you the chance to use not only the numerous facilities in the resort, but also to take advantage of our 24 hours reception service; accommodation of your clients, collection and safe keeping of the keys; on demand cleaning and maintaining of your apartment.
The complex is located in the most developed Bulgarian resort Sunny Beach right next to a lovely secluded beach, full of natural beauty and offers a magnificent breath taking sea view and an exceptional combination of mountain and sea air. All the apartments have an exclusive panorama view of the whole Sunny Beach Bay. It has all extras one may expect in a luxury complex.
On the territory of Grand Resort are situated the following facilities:

The people, having bought apartments in the building group SEA Fort Club pay a one-year fee, which is spent for:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building
The fee is in amount of 12 Euro per square meter per year, including VAT 20%.
By wish of the owners, at additional payment the following services can be provided:
- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- repairs of the apartments
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
- rent-a-car
- furnishing of the apartments
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
- cable TV and telephone
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in IMPERIAL Fort Club
The process of buying an apartment is very simplified:
The payment schedule:
35% of the price less the 1000 Euro reservation fee is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
35% is due at finishing of the roofing works – April 2010;
30% is due at completion of the complex - June 2011:
In case of 100% payment at signing the preliminary contract – 5% discount of the purchase price.
